Inspired by tradition and built for modern kitchens, each of our casseroles is individually cast from molten iron for incredible strength and optimal heat distribution. Plus, they’re suitable for all hob types, including induction, and are oven safe to 260 °C0. Take care when placing or removing the griddle on induction hobs to avoid scratching the hob surface.
