How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all purchases for orders within Lagos above N500,000.00. Orders below the threshold are charged according to location. Shipping outside Lagos will incur an additional cost; charges will be discussed after checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will E-mail / SMS a tracking number and a link to the carriers' tracking page.
When will I receive my order?
For shipping within Lagos, orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping. Same-day shipping attracts charges. For shipping outside Lagos, orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.
What is 5ply stainless steel?
5ply stainless steel is the number of bonded layers of material in cookware.
Does stainless steel cookware contain aluminium?
Yes. Aluminium is a superior conductor of heat that enables the pan to heat quickly and evenly. Stainless steel provides a non-toxic cooking surface and durable non-corrosive effect. Aluminium and stainless steel are sandwiched to provide better heating performance.
Can I use metal utensils on my cookware?
We recommend using wooden and silicone utensils to avoid scratching. Metal utensils can be used on a stainless steel cookware set.
Will stainless steel discolor?
Prolonged use and exposure to heat may cause discoloration over time, but this will not affect performance.

Do you do refunds?
Items purchased in good condition cannot be refund. We only accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order as long as the item is unused and in good condition.
