The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.
Guidelines for care:
Do not use knives on marble, glass or ceramic boards as this will dull the blade
To maintain sharpness, we recommend the use of sharpening tools
Ensure knives are stored safely and securely
Do not place your knives in the dishwasher. Instead, we recommend wiping the knife with a warm wet cloth and drying immediately
